Picture Tasks vs File and Folder Tasks

When listing files using My Computer, I sometimes get a "File and
Folders Tasks" menu when I really want a "Picture Tasks".

I am using a USB Hard Drive. How do I ensure that I will get a "Picture
Tasks" in order that I might make multiple prints and view the photos
more efficiently?

You want to 'customize' the folder.

Rightclick the folder icon in the Explorer left pane, Properties, and
Customize tab.
