Hi,
Usually we can customize a folder as per the following article:
812003 How to modify your folder view settings or to customize a folder

However, I have not found a way to customize a drive. If you right-click
the drive and click Properties, the Customized tab is not available there.
So I don't think we can place the Picture Tasks on the A: drive.
If anything is unclear, please feel free to let me know.
