Picture tasks, Send pictures via e-mail

In "My Pictures" There is a picture task menu, if I click
on "Sendpictures via e-mail" I no longer get the option
to resize my pictures, it goes directly to my e-mail
program with the picture file attached in full size.
This option used to work, some how it is now gone. Would
appreciate any help. Thanks

To regain this option:
Click on Start, click on Run and type the following in the textbox:
REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL
and press the Enter key.
Note that there is a space between ...32 and SHI...
This will take a second to run and the option should be back.

I have this same problem, tried Yves fix and it didn't
work. Any other ideas?
