Picture running in the background

I have a picture that is running behind my background
picture and I do not know how to get rid of it. It does
not show up in the task menu and I have not been able to
find it anywhere on my computer. Please help me to get rid
of this anomoly?

It sounds like your screensaver is running in the background which is weird
or you may have some sort of bug. Try disabling your screensaver and scan
for virus, spyware, etc. Download AdAware and Spybot S&D, run them and your
antivirus. Hope you have a good firewall. The ghosting may be an
indication of another problem, though.
