Picture resizing/no resizing

XP: Internet Download Pictures. When Pictures are
downloaded some appear to exceed the size of the screen.
Yet when they are finished downloading they resize
automatically to fit in the screen. This is a nice feature
on occasion, but not always. I have found the check box
(Options, Advanced, Multimedia) to correct this, but can
there be a button on the bar somewhere to toggle
between "ActualSize"/"FitInScreen".

Depends on what u r using to view pic- XP's viewer I
think has buttons far-left-bottom 4 this. I dont use it
much. I do use Uleads Photo Explorer which lets u do
lots good stuff including resizing, type conversion,
crop,.. www.ulead.com

BTW HTML can display an image at any size but u DL it
at size pic is on server. Often these will not print
well(very small) since monitor resolution ~60 but
printers need 150 & up.
