Picture prints out all black

My picture in my powerpoint presentation displays in color on the computer
screen. The image which is rectangular is completely blacked out when it is
printed out. There is a jpg right next to it that prints out fine.

Are you pinting in black and white or color?
 
my print outs are in color....but the jpg is completely blacked out, i cant
see any detail. the jpg next to it prints out in color and is clear:)
 
Well, nuts. I'm not sure what the problem would be, then. Did these two JPGs
come from different sources?

You might right-click the problem JPG and choose Save As Picture. Select PNG
from the drop-down and save. Then insert the PNG onto the slide and see if
it prints better.
