picture posting in FP 2000 Discussion forum's?

Can it be done? I have a FP 2000 discussion forum and was wondering if an
image was hosted else where could a link be made to (Display) that image in
an article. Example,

Messege header (Here is my new car)
click on header to read post and with in the post
a picture appears, not actually hosted at my forum but rather
linked? Not to be confused with a link, but that actual picture displays.

Any help out there?
