No - this is a FrontPage newsgroup.
FrontPage is for building websites, MS Office Picture Manager is an Office tool for simple editing of pictures. You need an Ms Office newsgroup or forum,
such as
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.office.misc

Yes, I read what is in that link, and it is saying that if you get a prompt
to use the F1 key while in an internet session, do not respond.

If the OP is using Picture Manager in a local session, there would not be a
problem. If all else fails, one can always disconnect from the internet.

But I am being logical while you are being humorous, so I'd better shut up

One further note: The F1 exploit affects IEonly, and also only affects
XP and earlier operating systems, as it uses a .HLP file, which is not
used in Vista and Win7.
