"Picture It" problems saving

I recently purchased a new computer and Picture It was part of the software
package that came already installed. Everything seems to work fine with the
program until it comes time to save a picture after I have edited it. When I
click the "save as" button (so the original remains unedited) the monitor
screen goes blank and the system reboots itself. Any ideas on what may be
going on? Windows XP Pro w/Media Center is my operating system. Thank you.

Does the following apply?

It has been reported that Norton GoBack
4.0 may not be fully compatible with DIP9 or
DIP10. This could be an issue with WinXP
SP2. It can cause the error BAD_POOL_
HEADER and may cause a blue screen
crash when you attempt save. One possible
solution is to Uninstall Norton GoBack 4.0.
Norton GoBack 4.0 is included in Norton
SystemWorks 5. Also...if you run Norton
Live Update manually you should have the
opportunity to download a Goback update
to version 4.02 that will solve the issue.

Thanks for the advice - did what you said to do and now things seem to be
running smoothly. Now if I could only get my Image Zone Plus to work
correctly! It just never seems to end.

You're welcome.

Maybe HP Support could help you
