Picture is off screen in ATI TV tuner

The smaller size display in my ATI TV tuner has managed to shift itself up
so the top edge is off the screen. I don't know how this happened but I
can't get it back as the mouse can't grab the top edge and can't find any
keyboard commands to move the display. Changing the Windows resolution is no
help.

Any ideas

Many thanks

Nobody, including the computer maker seemed to be able to help on this one.
However using approved random trial and error procedures and realizing that
apps. software writers always have every eventuality covered, even they have
difficulty in explaining to the end user how to do it, I found that if the
mouse is hovered over a very narrow line on the inside edge of the gray
picture frame on the sides or the bottom, the mouse pointer changes to a
4-way arrow and the whole picture can be moved, not just the edge. This
active zone is only 1 pixel wide so it's very hard to find.
I looked through all the ATI help files again and this is not mentioned at
all. Just found it by accident.
