Picture from text box

I've been looking and have been unable to find anything of this nature.
I have a word document with a text box at the top and blank from
everything down below that. I also have, located, in another file on
my hard drive twenty pictures numbered from 1 - 20. What I would like
to do is to enter a number in the text box from 1 -20 and have the
appropriate picture pop up below the text box according to what number
picture I call for. Thank you for any help! -Chris

You could probably do this with a mail merge.
