Picture folder

I downloaded pics into folder from webpage but they wont
open up and ask for a progam to use to open up. What do I
need to do so they open up like the rest of pictures in
folder?? Thanks
 
what kind of files are they? bitmap, gif, etc? go into
tools on the folder page and look for the file type.
