Picture files and ImageX

Every time I try to open a .jpg file on my PC, a text box appears that
indicates "ImageX" is trying to install. I have to cancel this out about
three times before it gives up and notifies me that it could not find the
file specified. Once I go through this routine, my PC's photo editor opens
up and displays the picture fine.

I looked at the file associations for .jpg and other related files, and they
all point to the photo editor that I'd like to use and that ultimately opens.

How can I get my PC to stop trying to install ImageX every time I want to
see a picture?

Thanks in Advance!
