Picture File and installation of Turbo Tax

I recently had a friend boost my memory and also clean off my C drive. When I
went in to install Turbo Tax, it keeps telling me that I have an error code
1327. When I spoke to the rep at T-Tax, she said that because I have deleted
the My Picture File, I have messed up a registry key and that is why I can't
install the tax program. What does one have to do with the other and is this
possible? I didn't realize that the My Picture File was so important. Can
anyone help me with this? I really would appreciate it. Thank you in advance.
