Picture/Fax Viewer

Can someone tell me the name of the "exe" file
that calls the Windows Picture and Fax Viewer
and where it is located?

It isn't an EXE file it's a DLL file, shimgvw.dll. It's found in
/Windows/System32 folder.

rundll32.exe C:\WINDOWS\System32\shimgvw.dll,ImageView_Fullscreen

rundll32.exe shimgvw.dll,ImageView_Fullscreen %1 will open pictures

%1 is either a file or folder name. If a folder name the first file will be
displayed. Note first file not first picture file.

If the first file isn't a picture then you'll see No Preview Available. You
can use the Next/Previous buttons to cycle through all files in a folder.
Does not accept wildcards.
