picture disk not recognized

windows xp will not recognize that there are pictures on
several of my disk. the disks where created in windows me
thanks for any help
does anyone have a direct e-mail address to microsoft?

If these disks were created by dragging and dropping the image files to the
disk or were saved directly to the disk, the CDs were created using Packet
Writing software and requires such software to be install on XP as XP does
not support that type of function natively.

Either the Direct CD component of Easy CD Creator, www.roxio.com or the InCD
component of Nero, www.nero.com will do the trick. Please visit their web
sites for version compatibility with XP as well as a list of compatible CD
Writers.
