Picture as Wallpaper

I used to know how to do this, but...
Help and Support says:
"To use a picture as a desktop background
1.. Open My Pictures.
2.. Click the picture you want to use as a desktop background.
3.. Under Picture Tasks, click Set as desktop background."
The problem is "Picture Tasks."
Is it an icon, something in a menu? Cannot seem to find Picture Tasks
anywhere on the My Pictures window.

Help and Support also says to do this:
"You can also right-click the picture, and then click Set as Desktop
Background."
However, Set as Desktop Background is not a right-click option for me.

Hi felicia,

Open My Pictures, then go to Tools>Folder Options>General tab. In the Tasks
section, click in the radio button beside "Show common tasks in folders",
then click on Apply then OK. Picture Tasks should now appear in the left
sidebar.

Fabulous! That is what I get for being a "Classic" stick-in-the-mud.
Wondering if I want to "tile" with the image, do I have to resize the image
manually to get small tiles?

You're welcome :)

I, too, have most everything else set to "Classic" mode. AFAIK, yes, you
would have to resize the image to get smaller tiles.

This may seem obvious but I hope you remember to click on "FOLDERS" in the
tool bar so that it is UNSELECTED, or View -> Explorer Bar -> Folders to
UNCHECK the menu item, or click the "X" to lose the Left Pane. Picure Tasks
will then appear where folders (or search or whatever) might have been there
before.
