picture and fax viewer

I can't open my pic's with the picture and fax viewer. I't
used to open when I double clicked on them? If I right
click and select pic and fax viewer I now get the critical
stop sound? I don't know what happened. I rebooted, but
still no luck. thanks, bill

Reloaded xp service pack 1 cleaned up the trouble
