Picture and Fax Viewer is not opening MY Pictures on my XP Pro

When I open folders in My Pictures they don't open in
Pictures and Fax viewer. They used to. Is there any way
to install Image Preview on XP Pro? Where can I download
Windows Picture and Fax Viewer?

Click START|RUN
Type...

regsvr32 /shimgvw.dll

To add it as a separate command line action...
rundll32.exe C:\WINDOWS\System32\shimgvw.dll,ImageView_Fullscreen %1
