pics won't open, relative to antivirus. Only since adding DSL

Should I delete my AV or turn it off just to send the pics? And how do I do that?

Wild guess...but it sounds like a security setting
needs to be adjusted.

Are you using Outlook Express? If you are...go to...
Tools / Options / Security tab...and Uncheck...
"Do Not Allow Attachments etc. etc." / Apply / OK.
