I have emailed myself a KMZ file from Picasa.
I opened the file on my phone and tablet, Google Earth opened and went to the GPS location of the file. The thumbnail photos appeared on the screen but when I touch the photos I get a page with empty squares where the photos should be with dates and time.
I know that KMZ files are zip files containing KML files but as far as I can tell Google Earth should open this type of file without the need for zip software.
I can only think that because the photos are not stored on the phone or tablet this is causing the issue. Although I have read that if Google Earth is installed on any computer you are able to open the email and download the file and view full size photos.
Can anyone tell me why i cannot see the full photos.
