You really didn't give much information to go on. You said "all adobe software can't be installed" <- what does that include? Have you tried downloading/installing Adobe Acrobat Reader? Are there any errors reported to you? Any in the Event Log? Is this from the original Photoshop CD? Which version of Photoshop is it?
