Hi:

Since I installed SP2, an image will not open in
Photoshop with double-clicking it (the file associations
are set to photoshop).

I have to go to file - new - and open the image.

I tried re-installing photoshop but it didn't work. Must
be some windows setting.

Please help.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Kerstin

What file extension is it, and does anything open when you double click the
file?

Hummmmm! I just wend down the Microsoft Published list of items that sp2
may have problems with and I DON'T see PhotoShop!

PS was working just fine. sp2 got installed. PS now doesn't work and it's
PS's own fault.

I'm glad you guys are wannabe computer experts and not lawyers. I know we
lost a lot of ya when If - Then - Else was introduced but even today a
little logic would help!

What DOES happen on a double click? How about r-click, Open With, Choose
Program, Always use, PhotoShop.
