Photos and Sony Memory Stick

I have a Dell Computer with Windows XP. I am trying to
download pictures from a Sony Cyber Shot Digital Camera
using the Sony Memory Stick Reader.
I would like to have the pictures downloaded with the
folder name included on each photo. The program did this
ONCE and I can't find it again. It seems to change the
options from time to time. WHY? (Also SOMETIMES I get the
option to print the photos and sometimes I don't) Please
help.

My favorite way:

Open Explore
Copy the memory drive to the clip board (E: in my case)
Paste the clipboard to My pictures
Confirm the pictures were copied as expected
Delete the memory stick files
