Where do I change as to what photo program
my pictures open when sent by family members.
Currently they open automatically in Picture It,
but I want to change it to Adobe Photo Elements.
Can't find where to change the default.

Hi,

Example: jpeg
Go to Control Panel and select folder options. Go to filetypes and select
jpeg.
Click change and choose the programm for open this filetype (jpeg).

Ramesh, why couldn't you just have just given a simple answer to the
previous question like Wolla did?

Bob,

That's what most people do, if there is a pre-written KB for a question
asked in the Newsgroup. Infact, many MVPs write Community Solution article
for this purpose. And, the MS-KB link (usually) has wealth of info on the
topic, clearly explained.
