Photo transfer software

Hello, All!

I have XP Pro and prefer to use Cam2PC for my transfer of photos from my
digital to PC. Is there a way to stop the XP application from popping up and
doing this automatically? It just gets in the way.

No sure if this will work, but it will not hurt.
Next time you connect the camera, open My Computer and look under Devices
with removable storage. Your camera will be listed there as a drive. Right
click on it. A window will open. Click on the Autoplay tab and click the
button Select action to perform. Scroll down and select No Action.
Let us know if this works to prevent opening the Autoplay window. If not we
can dig further.
