Using XP Outlook Express and Windows Explorer

Right Click photo in My pictures , Send to email recipient
I'm supposed to get a dialog for resizing the photo, but it skips straight
to the create mail.

Where is the setting to change it back to ask for resize of photos?

Thanks, Dotting Doyler

Sorry this is the MS Access (the database program) newsgroup. Try a
newsgroup devoted to the program you are using. You should find people
better able to address your problem there than here.

Try this: Start/run, type in REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL and hit enter, then
try to send a photo.

Why don't the Resize Pictures dialog appear while sending picture to e-mail?:
