Photo resize and upload

Could anybody please suggest some "add in" script or software to enable me to
1. select a photo from my local files (from a digital camera)
2. resize it automatically on upload to say 444x336 pixels
3. allow me to rename it either before or after upload

The camera photos are currently large 660kb, I also need as part of the
resizing function to reduce them to say 50kb. I am using FP2003, Access, and
ASP.
If the most suitable solution costs, then so be it, I would rather have a
good tool for the job.

If your host supports ASPupload (http://www.aspupload.com/) that will do it for you
- other wise just do the resizing/renaming locally before you w/ say irfanviewer (http://www.irfanview.com/)
