Photo removal

I receive e-mail with a photo in the e-mail exposed, not attached. When I
try to save the picture it is always in .bmp and very large. I asked this
before several years ago and a lady sent me to her web site where she had a
little program that exposed these picture files so they may be downloaded.

A crash ruined that program and can not remember her web site.

Any suggestions.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, Jerry Me asked:
