Photo printing wizard

I use wizard to print and fax jpeg images sent to me in emails. These are A4
'landscape' technical drawings. Invariably the output looses the bottom edge.
This can be seen in preview as the image is off set to the left. The result
is the same using 'centred and rotated to fit', 'full page photo print' or
'20x25cm cutout' print
How can I get the wizard to always correctly centre the image on the
vertical axis?

==============================
On your "Printing Options" screen...
do you have your...
Printing Preferences / Layout / Advanced...
set to A4?
