Photo Printing Wizard STOPPED working

My photo printing wizard now shows a BLANK frame by 'layouts' and no
preview. Is there a fix? Thanks.
 
My photo Wizard will not show selection layout and print preview what do I do?

Windows XP?

If you go to...Control Panel / Printers...in the
Preferences of your Default Printer is Letter
Size_8.5x11_selected?

Try this, maybe it will restore the option:

Go to...Start / Run and type
(or copy/paste):

regsvr32 /i shimgvw.dll
(yes, the space after the 2 and the space
after the i is required)

Press...Enter...

You should see a dialog box that says:
DllRegisterServer and DllInstall in shimgvw.dll succeeded
