Photo mosaic

I used to have an app that converted a photo of mine into a photo
mosaic. All I had to do was specify which directory it would choose the
photos from to make up the mosaic.
Does anyone know what program this would be or could recommend a nice
Photo Mosaic program (for Win XP).
