what sort of detailed tracking information can i retrieve
from an image that i downloaded off the internet? i need
to know those who have viewed/downloaded it and such. is
this even possible?

....as just another user, who has downloaded the image from a public site
to which you have no special privileges? No.

thank you for your response. but aren't there special
forensic tools out there that will allow me to do this?
