That's the strangest interpretation of the word 'free' that I've seen for
some time.

Just what everybody needs, another obsolete photo editing program. And
to get it, all they have to do is to go through the corrupt and patience
taxing rebate system.

NO THANKS!

And it's not freeware anyway.

Not freeware at all. You have to buy the software then send in the
rebate. Even if you send in the rebate, there is a chance that you
might not even get the rebate.

Basically put, this newsgroup is about freeware software, software
which is free to download & use, not software which you buy then send
in a rebate.
