I have windows 95 on an old computer. I recently bought
a new desktop with two hard drives. Both are running XP.
I want to use PHOTO EDITOR on both drives. I loaded it
on both. It works fine on one and not the other.
On the one that does not work, when I try to open a
photo, it says "the file type is not in the registry".
XP was loaded to both drives from the same disk. I
looked in the registry and ".jpg" & ".jpeg" are in both
registries. On the one that does not work, the "OPEN"
window under "file type" drop down box has "files ()".
The one that works says "all files ...." and list all
file extensions.
Step by step please...how to I get it to work?
