Phonetic guide Default settings

I need to learn how to pronounce some new technical Japanese for work, so I
have been using the phonetic guide to see how to say the words I don't know
in emails & CAD drawings.

But the default size of 6 points is too small. And it takes a lot of time
to manually reset each time for every charater.

Does anyone know how or where to set the default offset & size so I can set
it once to 10.5 & it will always be at that size??
