phone wakes up pc

Why does my phone ring come thru my pc speakers and wake it up? This never
happened before. But just started when I re-installed my os.

Open your BIOS and disable the "Wake on Ring" feature.

Thanks, but that did not help.

1-It was set to enable previously and it did not do this then.
2-I did disable it now and it still does this.

Also, a few times each day my phone is ringing and no-one is there.
Related??

Do you have any more ideas?
