My last computer (WinXp Home, 4/02) had a phone dialer called "BVRP Phone Tools". I just got a new one and can't where this program is located. How do I activate "Phone Tools"? Thanks.
Please note that Phone Tools is not part of Windows OS
therefore, if it has not shipped with your computer you
are required to purchase the software seprately.
Hope this help!

This isn't a part of Windows and was probably preinstalled by whatever
company built your first computer. It usually came with certain dial-up
modems, too. Do a search for "BVRP Phone Tools" on Google; there are
some links that might be interesting to you if you want to use this
software.
Dell also bundles it. The OEM version was on a Dell computer I bought
some years ago, and also on one I bought last year. I liked the software
on the earlier computer and upgraded to the full version. I haven't yet
tried it on the newer computer, or know if the earlier upgraded version
will run on XP.
