Windows XP Phone Tools

XP Pro.
When loading Dell PC99 Data/fax/voice it loads but in distorted and very large format and I get error: cannot read word for windows files 6.0
I have DOC and RTF using wordpad.
 
I'm afraid you'll have to explain a little bit more about your problem, as I can't understand whats going on from that information.
