Phone/Modem options won't open in control panel

I have recently upgraded to SP2 in XP and now I cannot
open my phone/modem options in the control panel. I get
an error message saying it can't open and I may not be
able to use Windows telephony on my computer. I cannot
dial out/fax/anything with my modem. It doesn't say I
have any hardware conflicts in system information. Any
suggestions?

You should download XP drivers for your modem from the modem mftr.'s
website and install them.
