How can I stop receiving a phishing warning from one particular email that
is legitimate. I've tried doing the Message-Junk Email-Add to List but
doesn't correct it.

Turn off the phishing warning: Tools, Junk E-mail Options, Phishing.
You can only disable it for all messages.
