Internet Explorer 7 Final Version
Windows XP Home SP2

In internet Exploeer I am getting a message:
Phishing Filter cannot check this website because the Microsoft online
service is temporarily unavailable.
I was using before Internet Explorer 7 BETA 2 - 3 and I did not have this
message.
Please advise

You have changed the permissions on the "Temporary Internet Files" folder, or
it is missing.

Tyr to clear the IE cache. (IE, tools, Options, Delete Files button, include
offline content.)

You probably have some security setting trouble. My approach would be to
reset the security to the defaults.

Did you changed the default Temporary internet files or is set correctly?.
Go to the IE properties and click on Advanced Tab and under Phishing Filter
make sure it is Turned ON.
