Phantom restart

My wifee's computer is running Win XP. Every time she
starts it it getts to the loading screen runs for about 8
seconds then reboots the system. She has tried to use last
know config and even safe mode with the same result. She
has resently replaced the power supply in the system. I'm
in Korea and She is in the states. I would appreciate any
help that I can walk her through. Is there a fix that
won't require here to reload the system? thanks.

It might be best to have a professional fix the system.

Otherwise, it may be helpful to run the "Repair" feature when you insert the
WindowsXP CD. This is not guaranteed to fix your problem, but it can fix
many other problems.
