Win2K Server print Server SP3
Win2K Citrix Server/Terminal Services SP3
WinXP Pro Workstation SP1

XP Workstation logs onto Citrix/TS Server
Defualt Printer autocreates on the Ctrix/TS Server.
This printer is a shared printer mapped to the Print Server
(client\workstationname#\\\printserversname\printername)
User can print from Citrix/TS app no problems.

Occassionally, About 2-3 time per week, same user, same Workstation, same
everything.
Logs onto the citrix/TS server.
Defualt Printer autocreates on the Ctrix/TS Server.
This printer is a shared printer mapped to the Print Server
(client\workstationname#\\\printserversname\printername)
A second printer autocreates as well. HP DeskJetJ 612c.
(client\workstationname#\612cprintername)
This appears to be directly attached to the pritner from the way the naem is
displayed.
This Workstation has NEVER had an HP 612c attached to it. The Citrix/TS
servers have never had one either. When going through the installed print
drivers in the registry of the Workstation and the citrix/TS servers there
is no 612c driver.

We have other XP machines that print just fine to this and other printers.
This happens about 1 of 5 times the user logs in. Has happened only on this
machine to this user.

We did have a 612c that was installed by a different user on a laptop some
months ago. It was a home printer, only used when dialing in. but that
printer has been uninstalled some time ago and this issue still happens.

Any advice or direction is appreciated.
