phantom opening up!

My computer keeps opening up by itself despite being shut down properly.
This does not appear to happen in conjunction with any other electrical
appliance. It does not happen all the time but seems to be an intermittent
fault
Any suggestions

Do you have 'Wake On Lan' or 'Wake on Ring' enabled in the BIOS?
