Phantasy Star Online wont start

I have installed the game and tryed to run it but when i double click run it
doesnt start the game... it brings up the first inital menu and when i try to
use either single player or network play it closes and nothing happens. i
have tryed using the compatablilty wizard and running the program in
administrative mode but it doesnt work. Please help

You're going to need to go through the forums for that game on sega's site.

I played this game months ago and I should warn you that it destroyed one of
my Vista installations. The game uses a punkbuster-like app that is very
Vista un-friendly. I had to run it under XP on an older computer.
