Personalized Subject Line in Form Results "HELP"

I have a form that allows different choices. When the person clicks
"submit", the information is emailed to my inbox with a subject line such as
"Form Results". Now, I know how to change the subject line to read "Form
submitted by" when submitted, but what I want to do is get the "subject line"
to include the name of the person that completed the form and clicked the
"submit" button.

Is there a way I can insert a saved field into the "Form Properties" under
"E-mail Results, E-mail message header, Subject Line" so when the email comes
to me it reads "Form submitted by John Doe". In other words, can a
confirmation field such as [first_name] be somehow included in the subject
line.

Wuth the FrontPage form handler, you have the option of a custom line, such
as "Feedback Results" or you can use a single email field as the subject, but
not both.
