Personalized Email

I would like to send out an email to multiple people without them seeing each
person's name that I'v sent it to. I realize that this can be done throught
BCC. However, I would like the emails to come across to that person with
their name in the "TO" field only.

Any suggestions?

You could use mail merge to accomplish this. Not only can you have the TO:
field with the person's address, you can customize the letter to address each
individual in the message.

I may be wrong, but I believe you need to use Word as your editor to use
mail merge.

Hi there!

We periodically send out email blast to our customers of our specials or new
services. I know that in AOL, you can place each recipient in parentheses &
the emails look as though their name is the only one in the TO field.
