Personalize Windows Update

I need to personalise Windows Update so that I can go to Windows catologue
but when I go the the Windows Update page there is no link to personalise
Windows Update. How do I rectify this?

The path to that has changed. Open the Windows Update site, and see the 'Windows Marketplace' item on the menu. (or go to
http://www.windowsmarketplace.com/ )
