Personal web server

I used to work on windows 98 which had personal web server
inbuilt. this was very useful. I used to publish my
files/folder for other to use in a LAN. Now i have
switched over to windowsXP and i dont find this utility.
Can anybody guide me on how to publish my files / folder
on LAN. The web publishing wizard in WIN XP searches
for .net passport which is not want iam looking for.

It's not part of Windows XP. If you have XP Pro you have IIS, but PWS is no
longer included in Windows.
